Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days & occasionally more for your order to be processed. A shipping notification with tracking information will be sent as soon as your order has been shipped.

Digital downloads do not require shipping & are available immediately after purchase*

Orders outside the United States of America can only be tracked until they leave the country.

Any additional fees accumulated after product has shipped are the responsibility of the customer.

All print, original, book & other paper product orders will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage with tracking & insurance up to $100 USD unless the product requires USPS Priority. In the case the product requires USPS Priority shipping, The Art of Tyler Lamph will cover the cost at no additional cost to the customer.

Stolen packages: Packages that are stated as delivered via the shipping provider and are unable to be located by the customer is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with local police enforcement and the shipping provider.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, being unclaimed, etc. The Art of Tyler Lamph will contact the customer & it will be held for 30 days before being donated to charity. Refunds will not be offered.

The customer is responsible for paying reshipment fees for packages that have been returned
